第一百一十条 旅客无票乘船、越级乘船、超程乘船或者持不符合减价条件的优惠客票乘船的，应当按照规定补足票款，承运人可以按照规定加收票款；拒不支付票款的，船长有权在适当地点令其离船，承运人有权要求其支付。
第一百二十四条 本法第一百一十九条至第一百二十三条的规定，不影响承运人和实际承运人之间相互追偿。
